With over two decades of leadership and organizational development experience, Linda Blaser Gremillion brings solid executive skills and a clear vision to Lakshmi Consulting.

Linda’s work spans both private industry and the public sector. While at the State of Minnesota, she had the opportunity to develop keen administration, project management, planning, training, HR and executive skills, as she navigated complex organizational and legislative structures. As a business owner, her focus on integrity and customer service excellence assured a loyal following. Her passion for bridging gaps led her to workforce diversity and mentoring roles.

While Linda Gremillion's formal education includes business studies and a degree in Theology, it is her legislative and community work that she credits for her fined-honed leadership and administration skills: Her board development and management work (recruitment, succession planning, governance), her international development work in Nepal, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, and Thailand, and her governance service in community and state boards.

Linda’s direct, honest, and kind communication style, coupled with her diplomacy and negotiation skills, has led to success in public policy development. She’s author of several employment and consumer guides and handbooks, has been able to  integrate yoga and meditation into work environments, is a published photographer, and has received numerous public speaking, mentor, and achievement awards.

Linda’s passion for harmony and balance has prompted her to contribute widely towards a diverse local and global community. Ms. Gremillion volunteers, mentors, and gives to education and community causes. Linda is a dedicated yogi and meditation student, and is seasoned in various spiritual texts. She volunteers for causes related to yoga and disability.
